Managing Director
Stella is a Managing Director with CMD Global Partners and has 25 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, business valuation, and financial due diligence across the globe in a broad range of industries. Stella has experience advising clients across North America, Asia and Europe ranging from Chinese state-owned enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, private equity portfolio companies and privately-owned businesses.
Stella co-founded Centauri Capital Partners, LLC, a cross-border M&A advisor and business broker assisting Asian investors in overseas expansions via acquisitions and financial investments, as well as helping U.S. middle market businesses grow globally. Stella has also held roles at KPMG Corporate Finance and CNA Financial Corporation where she advised clients on capital planning, M&A and divestitures.
Stella earned her M.B.A. and M.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago with concentrations in Finance and Economics. Her undergraduate degree is a B.S. in International Finance from Renmin University of China. Stella is a CPA and Accredited in Business Valuation.
